EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

This is Mr. O'Malley's eighth school year teaching at CFHS. Each year brings new and exciting experiences and he enjoys getting to teach the world's future performing artists the art of singing, theater, and piano. When not at school, Sean is the music director at a local church, a private music teacher, and a freelance music director and performer. At CFHS, Sean has music directed productions of Matilda and 42nd Street. He assistant music directed Cinderella, Newsies, and West Side Story. As a performer, Mr. O'Malley has been seen professionally in operas and musical theater in productions of The Light in Piazza, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Trouble in Tahiti, and Le Nozze Di Figaro in the Noreastern and Southeastern US, and abroad in Costa Rica. As a music director, Mr. O'Malley has music directed productions of Avenue Q, Into The Woods, and The Who's TOMMY at various theaters locally. He loves getting to work with performers of all levels and seeks to help each student to find their own unique voice on stage and off.
